  • 20 Minute Video Consultation

    Not sure if online training is right for you? Let’s chat! We’ll discuss your goals, experience, and what you’re looking for in a program and coach. This call helps us see if we’re a good fit and how I can support your progress.

  • Programming

    Completely customized and individualized to your needs, limitations, and goals. I offer up to 4 days/week of programming in this package. I can provide insight on how to recover properly and supplement other training methods into the other 3 days of the week if needed.

    Program Overview/Coaching Call

    One scheduled 60 minute coaching call per month where we thoroughly review your programming.

    Included Services:

    Weekly Coaching Calls

    One 60-minute video call to review your next programming block, plus three 60-minute video or voice sessions each month. Discuss anything—programming, goals, scheduling—and get a personalized virtual calendar that can only be modified by contacting me. Are you sure you want to skip your workout?

    Activity Check-ins

    Receive daily text check-ins on scheduled workout days to keep you accountable and ensure you stay on track with your commitments.

    Customized Monthly Programming

    Get two, three, or four days of tailored weekly programming with hand-picked video links for exercise technique. Virtual 1-on-1 workout sessions are not the standard here, but those are available for an extra fee.

    Nutritional Insights

    While I don’t offer meal plans, I provide macronutrient guidance to support your goals and can recommend additional resources as needed.

    Additional Info

    This isn’t your typical 1-on-1 Zoom training session. Think of it as a Remote Executive Assistant for your fitness: I’ll manage your schedule, keep you accountable, and ensure you prioritize your goals, all while delivering personalized workouts and precise exercise guidance.

  • Virtual Power-Up - $15/session

    Enhance your online coaching with a live video call during a workout session.

    Pathway Session - $15/Virtual Meeting

    Personalized guidance to refine your plan, adjust strategies, and stay on track. Recommended upgrade for Free Bird Plan.

    Personal Best - $25/On-site Session

    In-person training for clients within a 30-mile radius or 1-hour drive, at a convenient location.

  • Additional services are offered à la carte, billed independently from monthly plans, and available by appointment only.

    All packages included a mandatory 1 hour Initial Video Evaluation prior to receiving your first program.

    All packages require an initial three-month commitment. After the first three months, all plans transition to a flexible month-to-month basis, with the option to cancel anytime up to three days before your next payment date.

    Train with Tati has the right to decline services on a case-by-case basis at any point in the onboarding or training process.
