Hi, I’m Tati!
I’m passionate about helping individuals unlock their full potential through purposeful movement. Whether you’re an elite athlete or someone simply looking to improve daily functionality, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
I earned my degree in Exercise Science from the University of North Florida. During my time there, I had the opportunity to coach youth volleyball and work at a physical therapy clinic, where I discovered my true passion for developing athletes and empowering people to regain confidence in performing everyday tasks.
After completing my undergraduate studies, I interned with the University of Pittsburgh’s Olympic Sports Performance team, where I gained invaluable experience as both a strength coach and sports scientist. This internship led me to pursue my Master’s degree in Sports Science. During my year at Pitt, I worked closely with the Pitt Women's Volleyball team, supporting both in the weight room and on the sidelines for practices and games. This role allowed me to refine my coaching skills while also developing expertise in data collection, organization, and visualization through different coding software.
Upon completing my Master’s, I obtained my NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification, further cementing my credentials as a performance coach.
My coaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that everyone should Move with Purpose. I exercise tough love, accountability, and integrity, and I am committed to showing up for my clients as long as they show up for me. Together, we will work toward your goals—whether it’s optimizing athletic performance or simply making everyday movement more efficient and enjoyable.
